Most children in Nothern Uganda has been in a real hard situation which has seen them helpless due to the over 20 yrs long KONY'S war as VICTIMS or as PARTICIPATING VICTIMS and then the HIV and ADIS which claimed the life of the supposed guardians LEAVING THE CHILDREN BEHIND "to whom it may concern" .
